This site describes the services we offer and gives you a way to contact us. It is marketing material.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Descriptions of services, ways of working, timelines and any figures shown are indicative. A binding commitment exists only once both parties sign a written agreement.

Contacting us

The brief form on this site does not submit anything to a server. It composes a message in your own email program, which you then choose to send or discard. What you send us by email is covered by the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. We are happy to sign one at no cost.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material.

Automated scraping at a volume that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, code and graphics on this site belong to SoftPBInc, except for third-party names and logos, which belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Work we produce for a client is governed by that client's contract. Our standard position is a full transfer of rights to the client on payment.
