Build from scratch
Idea to production: discovery, architecture, interface design, code, launch. We ship a first usable version early and grow it from there, instead of disappearing for six months.
A small team of senior engineers. We start products from zero, take over codebases somebody else left behind, and rebuild the ones that stopped keeping up. You get working software and a repository your own team can read.
Most work starts as one of these. If yours does not fit neatly, describe it anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team.
Idea to production: discovery, architecture, interface design, code, launch. We ship a first usable version early and grow it from there, instead of disappearing for six months.
Research, user flows and wireframes, then a polished interface and a design system your developers can build from. We work in Figma and Claude Design, and hand over components and tokens — not flat pictures nobody can implement.
The developer disappeared, or the agency stopped answering. We read what is there, document it, stabilise the build and keep shipping — without a rewrite you did not ask for.
Ageing WordPress, jQuery, legacy PHP or a slow single-page app moved to Next.js and TypeScript. Same URLs, same search rankings, a fraction of the load time.
One React Native codebase for iOS and Android. Expo for fast delivery and over-the-air updates, native modules when the feature genuinely needs them. We handle store submission too.
Node.js and Python services, PostgreSQL schemas that survive growth, background jobs, webhooks, payments and authentication. Load-tested before it reaches your users, not after.
LLM features built the way production demands: agent workflows with real tool use, retrieval over your own data, structured output, evaluation suites and cost control. Systems that hold up under load, not demos.
Payment providers, CRMs, ERPs, logistics, marketplaces, exchanges — anything with an API. We handle the retries, the webhooks, the reconciliation and the edge cases that only surface at volume.
Not a list of everything we have heard of — this is what we ship on every week, and what your project will be written in.
You see the repository from day one and a working build every two weeks. Here is what the first months look like.
Thirty to sixty minutes. We ask hard questions about the goal, the users and the constraints — including the budget. Free, and there is no pitch deck.
A scope you can read, a fixed price or a clear rate, and a timeline with milestones. You know exactly what you are buying before anything is signed.
Data model, API contracts and the screens that matter. We agree on the shape of the system before a line of product code is written — this is where projects are saved or lost.
Two-week sprints, a demo at the end of each one, and commit access from the start. If priorities change, they change at the sprint boundary, not in a surprise invoice.
Deployment, monitoring, and handover documentation your team can follow. Then a warranty window — or a retainer, if you would rather we stayed.
Pick the one that matches how well-defined your project is. You can move between them as things become clearer.
Best for clearly defined projects
Fixed price quoted per project
Best for ongoing product work
Monthly per engineer
Best for inherited or broken code
Flat fee one-off
Every project is quoted individually after the discovery call — a one-page site and a multi-year platform are equally welcome. There is no minimum budget.
The same engineers you talk to on the first call. There is no handover to a cheaper team after signing, and no subcontracting without telling you.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We begin with a paid audit and then give you an honest verdict: continue as is, refactor in place, or rebuild. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us.
Completely. Your repository, your accounts, your infrastructure, from the first commit. Full transfer of intellectual property is part of the contract, not an upsell.
We work European hours with an overlap into the US East Coast. You get a written update on working days, a demo every two weeks, and a direct chat channel rather than a ticket queue.
It usually does. Changes are estimated separately and you approve them before we start, so nothing lands on an invoice as a surprise. Small adjustments inside a sprint are simply part of the work.
Yes, before we look at anything sensitive. Send yours over, or use ours — either is fine, and it costs nothing.
Fill in the brief and you will get a real answer from an engineer — not an automated reply. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Thank you — the brief is in. We reply within one working day.
